Our Dying Pope
Sadly, the Pope John Paul II is passing from the world, and major news media are all over it. From the BBC,

- Frail Pope suffers heart failure
The Guardian, another UK publication, adds more:
- End of momentous era as Pope slides towards death
- Pope’s condition worsens
- Pope worsens with high fever
- The Pope: Special Report
The New York Times also has coverage of Pope John Paul II’s condition:

- Pope Develops High Fever From Infection as His Health Weakens
- At St. Patrick’s, Calm Acceptance and Quiet Prayers
- Christians Around the World Pray for Ailing Pope
- Pope Near Death; Vatican Says His Vital Signs Are Fading
- Pope in ‘Very Grave’ Condition After Suffering Heart Failure

The Pope, a man who most deservess a peaceful end to his life, is probably the least likely to get it because of all the clamour of the modern media.
