Nobody Uses Google Chat

Gchat has failed, according to reports by Comscore. Only 44,000 people regularly sign on to use the instant messenging system.

    I use Google Talk, and I prefer it to the other services mentioned. The fact that not many people, other than my friends, use it is an advantage. I like the no-frills interface. It doesn’t have a huge, non-reducible window monopolizing my screen. It doesn’t pester me with ads or features I don’t want.
