New Items on the Schedule?
Since I’ve got nothing to do until work starts, here’s some stuff that might help me make good use of my time:
1) Eat three meals a day; make at least 1 myself (2 hours)
2) Sleep 10 hours a day (10 hours)
3) Keep basic hygene–showers, etc (1 hour)
4) House chores, cleaning (1 hour)
5.a) Hang out with a friend (4 hours)
5.b) Work on website (4 hours)
6) Jog at least a mile a day (1 hour)
That would pretty much fill out my days, if I can turn it into a formal schedule. It would also help me get ready for getting up early for work, and sleeping on time. I could start at 7 AM, sleep at 9 PM. Unfortunately, it’s already 9:30 here so the plan is definitely not going to get anywhere today…

Wow, last time I was able to get to bed at 9 pm was when I pulled an all-nighter the night before.
I found out though, that if I condition my body to unusually long sleeping cycles ( > 9 hours),, it will be _very_ tough to actually get up and moving once I’m back to more stressfull times.
Maybe you should sleep one hour less and read half an hour more? I find it makes for a far better sleep and it has the added advantage of even expanding your horizon (depending on what you read, of course)

The run a mile (one hour) made me chuck some.
