    UPDATE 27/9/07

My wife called VISA. We blocked the Visa immediately and we ordered a total other new banc card.
We submit a fraude file to VISA because we would like to have that money back.
I would like to advise to do the same thing by you.

I too have been charged 4 x $5.00 on at least 2 Credit Card Statements. My company is pursuing this with intent of legal action. This is not only fraud but also interstate or international fraud. Federal implications.

This has also happened to me, I was forced to order a new card and can not get the money back, absolutely fraudulent and someone should really report this to news media

Jenn, I don’t understand : why can you not get the money back ? As I said, VISA is busy with my file and I really expect that amount back.

I had also contact with the customer service from that game, but when I explained the problem AND when I mentioned that the fraude file is by VISA, the communcation stopped. VERY VERY strange !

In the mean time, I reported this already to WatchDog (Television UK).

I also tried to contact the other people here, but only 1 person has left his email here and I got no response back.

just to let you all know that this is caused by runescape automatic payment when you sign up for the game everyone would call runescape.
this is caused by you entering your card info on their site. they will then automatically charge you for members access to this game. 5 dollars a month. good luck and talk to your kids

As I said (and others here) : my son is NOT responsible for this credit, neither do I ! My child has no access to our credit card, so… how can you explain the credits ?!
