I jus6t installed the patch and now I cant download! my uploads as the same as before, but my download is shot cant even get 1kb can some one tell me how to return to the default settings
for people looking for vista patch search for half open limit fix that will work for vista the same as this does for xp happy speeds

Downloaded. No problems. Not a virus. However, no change in download speed. I’m running a 2 Meg pipe and am still only getting > 50kB/s. I shot up to 140kB/s for about 10 seconds then… nothing.
Changed half open ports from 10 to 100 on install.
Set Max outbound to 60.
Did not change max upload. Still set at unlimited. (I change them manually for each torrent)
Enabled Auto-speed just now… increased download to >65kB/s for about 2 minutes then back down to >50.

Why Can’t you Just DETAIL the steps required to change the settings instead of running some untrusted program which could be a trojan or a virus????
it its some DLL file or system file, you could just show how top edit it with DLL editor or a file replacement instead of this../.

Yeah…This sped me up for like a minute. Now I’ve gone back to my old speed. Oh, I did Shela’s dl not the one up top. but with the same result.

I saved it.. however when i try to extract the file – it says I can’t because there’s no files inside the folder? wtf???
anyone who thinks its a virus after reading what it does should not even be doing this..

hay guys thanx for the patch!!! its worxing great ohh and everyone else: your computer is fine but your anti virus has detected a unsigned strand of integrated code running on xp so basically it has detected a l33t h4x and thinks ytou are getting fuxed but this kind of hack is for the benefit of mankind so just go with it trust me it works great!!

I downloaded winzip after getting that message from winrar, and I pressed use evaluation version of winzip to open the patch
but it just gives me ‘The Winzip wizard cannot open this file; it does not appear to be a valid archive.’
so how the hell do you install this patch??

hey is there a patch avalible for Windows Vista?
tryed it didnt work that sucks, so i press yes couple of times and my dls are still at 25kbs , its at 25 kbs because i changed the limit of the upload speed to 1 .
No change as yet, rebooting azureues to find out…
Instantly turned my torrent to yellow and firewalled it….
Turned it off….AMAZING
Goes back to green. Maybe i’m doing something wrong, but it was cack for me

Wow! My downloads immediately shot up. I have dsl; was getting about 15kbps, now it’s about 75…

erm it said on mine sp1 (cos my windows xp is cracked it doesnt let me instal service pack 2) then it said my pc has no limitations and i dont need it…lol so erm does this mean my pc is *** and my azureus will nbever ever download fast? :’(

read it, and dont forget that u can find better guides on internet, link i pasted is just fr example. eMule is best p2p program.
Program code is similar to some trojan code thats why AV tools think it is virus. Anyway, if u dont really understand what program does you should try to understand better what you are doing because u can f up ur computer. Get more info then tweak p2p programs.
Guys, there is no virus, long story why virus programs say there is. just do everything what program says and then restart the computer. This program only sets ur half-open connection from limit 10 to limit 50.
This tool is today in every antivirus scanner library! So why it should be "NO" Virus or Hacking Tool?

This messed my **** all up.
My dl speeds did not change but I wasn’t able to stream anything anymore. It kept having to stop and load. And after I reset it everything started to work again.
I hope you guys have better luck with it.

The error is just windows knowing something has changed the internet settings, and is safe.
There is no virus with the program either.
