I jus6t installed the patch and now I cant download! my uploads as the same as before, but my download is shot cant even get 1kb can some one tell me how to return to the default settings

after patchin when i reboot my computer after dat whn i tried connectin to internet itss not getting connected.its givin some 709 or 790 error..plz reply soon
