		<description>Mars bank database apparently has a trojan inside (my antivirus warned me about in on the installation). BTW, thanks for the CSV list of BINs, just please go through it there are some import errors (check Taiwan and China), it seems that when you did import for some countries you reversed card type and bank name on some entries. But nevertheless, thank you for the list.</description>

		<description>Cyrus, contact your merchant service provider.  They should be able to provide that service to you. If not, get a new processor! They should be more than willing to look up the info and contact the bank with you on the line to verify the information.  Tell them you need to do a &quot;Code 10 authorization.&quot;</description>
