I can’t identify the girl on the left–is she Ashlee Simpson actually performing live?

I just love Ashlee Simpson! But I guess she is using Simpson Wendtz as her last name now? Guess that’s her real name. Maybe she wants to differentiate herself from her sis? Now she got pregnant and engaged! What a spicy life she lives! Poor girl’s gotten a bad wrap and this doesn’t help.
No, what I meant was: Michelle Branch on the left, Joss Stone on the right.
Oh, it can’t be Michelle Branch–she has such dark hair and features!! But then again, I can’t tell any young female American pop singer apart, because they all wear so much makeup, are all blond and plasticly enhanced, etc. Someone tell me….
I think it may be Michelle Branch. And are you sure that’s Jessica Simpson? I think it may be Joss Stone. Both those women are on his just-released album, but Jessical Simpson is not.
