“Check Error - State Unknown”
I’m looking at my YPN right now and my cheque for October reads “Check Error - State Unknown.” That’s really sad, because they owe me about $1,400. I googled around though, and it seems that “Check Error - State Unknown” is really a secret code for “We’re sending you the check now, but our systems haven’t batch updated everything in synch yet!”
Update:
This error message indeed means that the check is getting ready to be sent. I called the Yahoo Publisher Network support telephone number today at (866) 785-2636, and the first thing the man asked was if I was getting this error. Yahoo, it would save a lot of support dollars if you just changed that string to something intuitive!

My Yahoo check arrived today, on the 12th of December!
