		<description>I&#039;m with Cingular in the USA and my 8525 (HTC) works fine in Monterrey.  Keep in mind that if you are in Mexico you have to dial area code + local number (10 digits) and for cell phones it is 044+10 digits.

		<description>I think with telcel you have to call them and have it authorized.  There&#039;s another provider movistar who lets you make calls and receive texts without pre-authorizing it.
