Google in the News
There’s been quite a lot of Google related news recently. Starting with the opposition, Microsoft is determined to crush Google with its new release of MSN Search onto its MSN homepage. Finally out of Beta, first impressions show odd results on certain search terms.
Google also has obtained rights to register and sell domain names. Geek News speculates that this could lead to a 1-click Google package of domain name, blogger hosting, gmail, and more, all in one.
There’s also some misc. news about new employee perks and an Adwords API that doesn’t look too full-featured, but will undoubtably inspire creative uses.
And finally, in good fun, Fark photoshops new markets for Google!

Go Google go! Microsoft as well as Yahoo can use some smart competition!
I love the Fark article. Funny but very possible perhaps…
