Google Maps Not Ready for Primetime
The new Google Maps service is not yet ready for primetime. Often searches for a route or location don’t return the complete map, leaving white squares where the tiled images should have gone:

These artifacts in the Google Maps rendering are probably just scaling and server load issues that will get quickly resolved. When they do, we’ll have a great service–until then, stick with Yahoo Maps.
