I wonder what that means? ????????????????????????

It will happen one day you have a file name with Simpified chinese and Tradtional chinese character, as well we Japaness type chinese with Japanese words and Korean symbols........ Windows then messed it up. So bad that you can no longer get back the file. The problem is how bad the implementation of Unicode in Windows.
