Late Night Excursions
The things my brother and I do late at night are pretty weird. We had the mysterious compulsion of going for a 7-11 midnight snack trip to satisfy my neverending slushie fetish. Boy, do I love those frozen drinks!!
On the way from our house to the convenience store, though, we got extremely distracted by our never-full stomachs, and decided to scope out the Jack-in-the-box across the street. It closed at 10PM, but the drive through claimed to be open for 24 hours, so we got in line behind the two cars that were already there. At this point, it was about 2:30 AM, and we were on foot. In front of the large menu, we tried jumping on the weight-sensor to trick it into recognizing our existance, but two young boys weigh nowhere near the ton or two required to alert those inside to our hungry plight.
The cashier, when he saw us two walking along the drive through, threw up his hands and leapt back in fright. We convinced him we wanted two burgers and left him in a state of total confusion.
Our night finished with the original frozen coke drink, and a quick jump to walgreens for Coke and snacks. Sneaking quietly out of the house was quite satisfying!

The sensors didn’t pick you up because they are not weight-activated. They pick up the magnetic field metal puts off.
You have a very personalizing style of writing. I like it alot.
Slurpees are wickedly cold. Late night fun.
