		<description>Wow, last time I was able to get to bed at 9 pm was when I pulled an all-nighter the night before.

I found out though, that if I condition my body to unusually long sleeping cycles ( &gt; 9 hours),, it will be _very_ tough to actually get up and moving once I&#039;m back to more stressfull times.

Maybe you should sleep one hour less and read half an hour more? I find it makes for a far better sleep and it has the added advantage of even expanding your horizon (depending on what you read, of course)</description>
