There is tutorial for fast and simple retouch in photoshop. http://www.fotografia.kopernet.org/retusz.html there is no English version, but pictures are clear and tools names are in English.

My opinion is that the retouching is obvious.
I needs to be more subtle and not really noticeable.

you’re still ugly. and u didnt even fix it. it just looks like u changed the contrast or something…
