Someone’s Annoyed at Paul Scrivens
This post by Paul Scrivens is the straw that broke the camel’s back. Solar frog thinks he’s only hot by association, ZooiBaai just doesn’t like him, Stijlstek thinks he embodies the perfect controversial blogging form, and Empty Spaces nods in sympathy.
For what it’s worth, the Scrivens designs are well laid out and clean looking, and his posts occasionally are quite good, especially when design oriented. He also runs the slightly edgier looking CSS Vault.
So, besides that immature looking pic, what problem do I have you with you, Scrivs?

None at all!! I’m actually quite amused at this controversy. I’ve read your design blog for a while now, and it makes some good points. But, you somehow managed to piss off Jeff Croft. Interesting.
Actually I didn’t piss off Jeff. I made a bet with him this morning that he couldn’t be the first commentor on all these “I hate Scrivs” post. Unfortunately, he is winning.
Heh, I just noticed this. No, Scrivs never pissed me off. Well, except when he raped my sister, but that’s another story (let’s see how many rumors we can start!).
I was also amused at the “controversy” and was in a goofy mood those days, so I was just playing it up.
