Strong pinging?

Posted in How to Blog by Elliott Back on November 22nd, 2004.

Matt writes, in a post about RPC pings,

“I would recommend strong pinging all of those services indiscriminately as some are for specific niches (blogs in German or Japanese for example) that your blog might not fit into. Don’t pingspam. “

I’ve looked at this all day, and can’t figure it out. What’s “Strong pinging”? Google doesn’t help, and I am beginning to go out of my mind! So, I will define it for you here. Strong pinging is:

A super-better ping than usual, because you’ve sent it to at least 43 ping sites, you spammer!
