Today’s the day for mergers
In today’s merger news, Adobe bought Macromedia for $3.4 billion in stock, probably to consolidate products with its biggest competitor. Then, in matter close to my own heart, Gamestop bought EB Games for $1.44 billion!

Nice analysis Amit–your immediate forecasts are quite acute. Long term, I think it’s hard to tell what a merger this big and messy will produce.
